"Id booked the taxi for my brother and his wife. My brother has some learning difficulties and can get agitated in situations he's not familiar with. He was completely at ease for the jouney up to Bristol and not at all phased about the return journey. This was quite an achievement considering he was attending our Mum's funeral.
